Have you ever wondered why people approach having at least a small plant in their home, especially during a pandemic? Or what is the most effortless getaway after a hectic day?
Green colour evokes calm, tranquillity and well-being. Also, provide a sense of balance architecturally and psychologically. It is like an oasis of serenity amidst the bustling city. In other words, the restoration can take place in the mind due to a greener environment.
Green space is the meeting place of culture and environment, where what users see is infused with meanings of past and present, engendering memories and feelings (Matsuoka & Kaplan 2008).
We believe green spaces are included as an integral part of buildings. The beauty of building forms and images as a visual quality depends on the quantity and quality of green spaces. When harmony exists between green spaces and the places we live in, it is simply functional, liveable and enjoyable.
We think every window should open somewhere; what is a better place than a great green outdoors? In Villa Yazdani we have tried our best to create a split-level floor plan with the maximum use of internal and external green spaces. Also, we provided access to the outer areas on each level. For interior greenery, we used green walls and, to our client’s demand, a single tree in the main hall. We choose a semi-solid façade for the entrance; after that, you will face a green place that makes you say, WOW!
