Villa 220
The process of this project, to design to construction, was completed in 13 months in 2017-2018. A reason behind the name of this project is that there was an old building located on a 440 sq block. To cover the construction costs, a 220 sq. a piece of the block was sold. For this reason, this villa was named the 220 (220sq. was left to renovate). The first step was to optimize the old skeleton, then the kitchen was placed behind it. By adding the glass ceiling and green space a new world was brought to life. Skylights were used in different places to provide natural light and sunshine on sunny days.
