Shomali Apartment
This project is located in an old neighborhood of Sari city. The duration of this project was 12 months. According to municipal regulations, there was not much room for facade maneuver in the construction process. Therefore, we decided to define it in the form of 2 frames. Moreover, by designing the terrace in-depth and pulling out the living room volume of it, we try to improve visual beauty and remove the restriction. Considering that the integrated view and brick were not in a harmony with the current building’s surface at that time. However, its effect on the urban landscape of the neighborhood over time. Subsequently, buildings that were built after our project used the same material, which caused the homogeneity of the texture and ultimately led to the increase in property prices in this neighborhood.
