This project started in 2016 and has lasted for 30 months. The area of this project has access from the main roads. By the request of our client, each floor has 3 residential units with 3 different types. For optimal use of light in all spaces, the placement of units was designed to have natural light from the main elevation. Beneficial to prevent the use of voids to supply light for units. We employed different breaks in the facade so that the units have direct natural light. The white surface as the external frame in contrast with the break was used for homogenizing and depth of the facade. Moreover, the gap is used for an inviting feeling in the entrance and lobby. Also, we implied zoning for parking lots for maximum use. In consequence, we were able to benefit from the natural light and indoor green leaf plants to bring nature into it.
